Tyler Manion Shares 2025 Pittsburgh Pro Updates

The 2025  Pittsburgh Pro  is scheduled to be held in Pittsburgh, PA, on the weekend of May 10-11, 2025.  This show is an annual event on the IFBB Professional League calendar and has been highlighted by a Men’s Open guest posing event featuring top Olympia contenders. The 2025 event is being billed as the biggest version yet, with the addition of an expo and an IFBB Pro League Men’s Open contest as the main event. They also promoted that more prize money would be given to all divisions featured at this event. 3-Time Fitness Olympia Champion Missy Truscott To Switch Figure Division in 2025

Three-time Fitness Olympia champion  Missy Truscott  will compete in the Figure division in 2025.  This change comes less than three months after Truscott made her triumphant return to the Olympia stage in 2024 to  win her third Fitness Olympia title  after  suffering two torn menisci and a torn ACL  during her performance at the 2023 Olympia. Zimbabwe’s Christina Livaditakis has been keeping busy during the offseason.  In October, Livaditakis finished third at the Down Under Championship (DUC) in Wollongong, Australia. Hafthor Björnsson’s New Training Program To Deadlift 505 Kilograms

In his return to competitive strongman in 2024 after a three-year hiatus,  Hafthor Björnsson  claimed second place at the 2024 Strongest Man on Earth , 2024 Rogue Strongman Invitational , and 2024 Arnold Strongman Classic (ASC) UK, fourth at the 2024 ASC , won his 11th Iceland’s Strongest Man title, and claimed gold at the 2024 Strongman Champions League (SCL) Dubai contest. Björnsson performed the heaviest deadlift ever  of 501 kilograms (1,105 pounds). With a new regime prescribed by his coach, Sebastian Oreb , the 2018 World’s Strongest Man (WSM) hopes to further his personal best deadlift  to 505 kilograms (1,113 pounds). Björnsson revealed his workout split to achieve such a feat in late December 2024. Björnsson’s first competition in 2025 is the  ASC in early March. Derek Lunsford’s Mindset and Diet Leading To The 2025 Arnold Classic

“I want to show that I’m Mr. Olympia. God told me you must do the Arnold [Classic],” shared 2023 Mr. Olympia champion Derek Lunsford . After losing the Mr. Olympia crown to Samson Dauda in 2024, followed by his title-winning coach  Hany Rambod retiring , and his grandmother’s declining health, Lunsford found himself at a crossroads.  “I expected the rest of my career would be with Hany.” Lunsford became the first two-division Olympia champ under Rambod, winning the 2021 212 Olympia title before his Open victory two years later.
