Ashley Kaltwasser’s Tricks For Longevity in Competitive Bikini Bodybuilding

Bikini bodybuilder Ashley Kaltwasser has won 41 pro shows as of Sept. 2023, including three Olympias (2013-2015), making her the winningest IFBB Pro athlete in history. The second most decorated athlete in the sport is the 2008 Mr. Olympia champion Dexter Jackson , who has at 29 pro shows victories. How does Kaltwasser stay at the top of the sport at such a consistent clip ? Well, she views longevity in competitive bodybuilding from two angles: mental and physical. The mental is a little bit more important. 2023 Rising Phoenix and Arizona Pro Women’s Bodybuilding Show Preview

One of the biggest weekends for women’s bodybuilding is set to take place in Chandler, AZ. The 2023 Rising Phoenix World Championship and the 2023 Arizona Pro show will both take place on Saturday, Sept. 30, 2023. The Rising Phoenix will solely feature the women’s bodybuilding division, while the Arizona Pro will include the other five IFBB Pro League women’s divisions. The 2023 Sheru Classic France Pro is slated for Saturday, Sept. 30, 2023 in Lille, France. There are three men’s divisions and one women’s division featured in this IFBB Pro League event.
